block REC-T-151, awarded to the bidders Guindastes Brasil Óleo e Gás Ltda. (ex-Muncks & Reboques Brasil Ltda.) in the 14th Bidding Round , according to the decision published in the Official Gazette (DOU) of January 11, 2019.
The ANP decided to approve the petition of Greenconsult Consultoria Empresarial Ltda., concerning the compliance with the financial guarantee of the Minimum Exploration Program (PEM) of the SEAL-T-430 block, awarded to the bidder in the 14th Bidding Round, according to the decision published in the Official Gazette (DOU) of the Union of January 11, 2019.
The ANP decided to accept the claims of the bidders Muncks & Reboques Brasil Ltda. (Which recently changed its name to Guindastes Brasil Óleo e Gás LTDA.), TEK Óleo e Gás Ltda. and for the adjudication of block SEAL-T-430, to the bidder Greenconsult Consultoria Empresarial Ltda. according to the decision published in the Official Gazette of the Union of May 15, 2018.
ANP decided to change the terms for signing the concession contracts for the 14th Bidding Round for blocks REC-T-151 and SEAL-T-132 awarded to the bidder Muncks & Reboques Brasil Ltda., Which recently changed its name toGuindastes Brasil Óleo e Gás Ltda., With all other deadlines set forth in the bidding notice, in accordance with the decision published in the Official Gazette of January 29, 2018.
The ANP promoted, on January 29, 2018, the signing of 32 concession agreements with 14 companies: Petrobras; ExxonMobil Brasil; Murphy Brazil; Queiroz Galvão; Imetame; Parnaíba Natural Gas; Petroil, Bertek Ltda .; CNOOC Petroleum; Repsol; Vipetro; Geopark Brasil; Karoon and Great Energy.
GeneralDirector Décio Fabricio Oddone da Costa, Director Dirceu Amorelli and Bid Superintendent Marcelo Castilho were present at the ceremony, who signed the contracts on behalf of the ANP together with the representatives of the signatory companies. Also attending the ceremony were the directors of the ANP José Cesário Cecchi, Felipe Kury and MME Secretary of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Renewable Fuels, Márcio Félix.
ANP decided to confer to the bidder TEK Óleo e Gás Ltda. term until February 23, 2018 to present the documents signing the concession contracts, pursuant to section 9 of Tender Protocol of the 14th Bidding Round for Exploratory Blocks, and to determine the signature of the contracts of blocks REC-T-126 and REC -T-127 until April 30, 2018, remaining all other editalic deadlines, according to the decision published in the Official Gazette of the Union of January 18, 2018.
The ANP informs that the signing ceremony of the concession contracts for the 14th Bidding Round will be held on January 29, 2018, at the ANP Auditorium, located at Avenida Rio Branco, nº 65, 13th Floor, Centro, Rio de Janeiro- RJ, 20090-004, in the afternoon period.
ANP granted the appeal filed by Muncks & Reboques Brasil Ltda. and awarded REC-T-151 and SEAL-T-132 blocks to the bidder, pursuant to the judgment report of the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) and pursuant to a decision published in the Official Gazette of December 14, 2017.
ANP has approved the judgment report of the Special Bidding Commission (CEL) and adjudicated the object of the bidding round to the winners, according to the decision published in the Federal Official Gazette of December 7, 2017.
Winning bidders called pursuant to section 8 or their affiliates shall enter into concession agreements with the ANP for the exploration and production of oil and natural gas.
In order to sign the concession contracts, the bidders or affiliates indicated by them must present documents and guarantees, as well as have proven the payment of the signature bonus, within the deadlines defined in Table 1, as the following::
The documents for signing the concession contracts must be presented in a single route, regardless of the number of blocks sold, except for the documents described in sections 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 9.1.3, 9.1.4 and 9.1 .5 (when applicable) which must be submitted for each contract to be signed.
Pursuant to section 9.2 of the bidding documents, the winning bidder may delegate the signature of the concession agreement to an affiliate having its head office and administration in Brazil. The affiliate receiving the delegation must present documents for signing the concession contract, provided for in sections 9.1.2, 9.1.3 and, if applicable, 9.1.4 and 9.1.5, and obtain economic, financial, legal and technical qualification in the level required to sign the concession contract or higher, in addition to proving its fiscal and labor regularity.
